• Build and maintain full-stack features using JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js
• Develop experiments and A/B tests with platforms like Split to optimize user experiences
• Design and maintain APIs to support Growth Zone initiatives
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and UX teams to create intuitive user interfaces
• Write comprehensive tests using Jest, Vitest, Playwright, and related frameworks
• Utilize AI tools as a primary workflow for coding, debugging, and testing

Provide project estimates, identify risks, and independently address technical challenges

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience
• Experience with AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for coding and debugging
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and backend technologies (such as Node.js or Python)
• Understanding of API design and integration, along with experimentation platforms like Split
• Familiarity with testing frameworks including Jest, Vitest, and Playwright
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance development practices
