• We are hiring our first dedicated AI Implementation Specialist — a builder who can assess every corner of our operations and systematically deploy AI tools, automations, and workflows that make our companies faster, smarter, and more profitable.
• This is not a theoretical role. You will ship real workflows, integrations, and tools that our teams use every day. You will work directly with the founder and have visibility across every company in the portfolio.

• AI Strategy & Roadmap
• Audit all current tools, workflows, and operations across RISE, Surgical Republic, and Republic Real Estate
• Build and maintain a prioritized AI opportunity map across the portfolio
• Present quarterly AI implementation reviews to the founder with ROI framing
• RISE — DTC Telemedicine
• Automate patient intake, onboarding, and follow-up sequences using AI-powered messaging
• Build content generation workflows for Instagram Reels, email, and paid ad creative
• Deploy AI for label/brand copy generation, A/B testing frameworks, and competitor monitoring
• Implement AI-driven customer support (chat + ticket routing) to reduce response time
• Develop churn prediction models and re-engagement automations
• Surgical Republic — Medical Devices
• Build AI-assisted sales rep ramp programs (90-day onboarding, call coaching, objection handling)
• Automate CRM hygiene, follow-up sequences, and territory coverage reporting
• Create AI-powered call summary and deal intelligence tools for the sales team
• Develop conference prep and lead capture workflows (ISASS and others)
• Automate financial reporting, rent roll updates, and expense categorization
• Build AI-assisted market analysis and acquisition screening tools
• Implement lease renewal and tenant communication automations
• Cross-Portfolio
• Standardize AI tool stack across all companies (prompt libraries, LLM integrations, workflow templates)
• Train team members on AI tools and build internal documentation and SOPs
• Identify and evaluate new AI tools as the market evolves — stay ahead of what's useful

• Must-Haves
• 3+ years hands-on experience implementing AI/automation tools in a business context
• Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools: Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar
• Ability to write basic to intermediate code (Python or JavaScript) for custom integrations and scripts
• Strong systems thinker — you naturally map processes before automating them
• Excellent communicator who can translate technical implementation into business outcomes
• Self-directed operator who thrives in unstructured, fast-moving environments
