  • This role will execute on the identification, recruitment, on-boarding and nurturing of UC/Zoom Phone partners
  • The role will enhance sales revenue by building relationships with partners
  • Developing a solid understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes
  • Presenting and Demo Zoom Phone to customers, partners and teams
  • Being the "trusted" advisor for the partners you support for Zoom Phone
  • Executing sales training and provide marketing support
  • Tracking sales pipeline, bookings against quota and attainment thereof
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets
  • Demonstrate understanding of the competitor market

  • This job leads specialized sales engagements through deep product expertise and consultative approaches to complex customer requirements

  • Applying functional expertise to identify and pursue targeted sales opportunities
  • Analyzing customer pain points and technical needs to determine fit with specialized product capabilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets within the designated territory
  • Creating targeted engagement strategies based on industry-specific requirements and solution parameters
  • Managing complex sales cycles by leveraging product expertise and customer insights
  • Coordinating proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate technical alignment and showcase product functionality
  • Developing adoption plans that address implementation considerations and maximize solution benefits
  • Mentoring junior sales professionals in solution selling and technical knowledge
  • Providing structured guidance on deal navigation and stakeholder relationship management techniques
  • Sharing best practices for technical discovery and solution development with team members
  • Coordinating with internal teams to align solution design and delivery
  • Working closely with technical specialists to address specific customer requirements and solution configurations
  • Managing solution workshops to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities
  • Analyzing market trends to refine sales approaches and solution positioning
  • Tracking competitive dynamics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for solution differentiation
  • Contributing insights that help shape territory planning and engagement strategies

Possess comprehensive understanding of industry-specific technology ecosystems and their impact on specialized product implementations

  • We are seeking a talented Zoom Phone Specialist with deep specialized experience in UCaaS /Telephony
  • You will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Phone industry and UC market
  • This person will have in-depth experience in onboarding and leading partners specializing in UC/Zoom Phone sales
  • 5+ years experience
  • Direct Cloud PBX/ UCaaS Product selling experience
  • Skilled in conducting presentations, online demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process
  • Have expert knowledge of enterprise solution architectures and their alignment with complex business transformation requirements

Demonstrate mastery of advanced sales methodologies focused on technical discovery and value-based solution positioning

$261,500.00

  • In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value
  • Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience
