We are seeking candidates who possess excellent creative, technical, and interpersonal skills. These skills support the Auros Application Engineer role as a technical consultant. Auros Application Engineer will advocate, educate, and assist in all relevant matters during the adoptions of the Auros platform by a customer.

• Act as point of contact and customer interface to gather system requirements from Auros software customers
• Convey Auros system requirements to software development team members
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to define system requirements
• Assist in the implementation of new program solutions
• Facilitate the upkeep of customer standards through providing engineering and process expertise within our Auros knowledge management system
• Exercise diplomacy in resolving issues related to the engineering process and conflicting customer performance expectations

Assist in internal testing and R&D efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or a technical field
• Knack for quickly learning and understanding new software tools
• Comfortable using problem solving skills to provide customer solutions
• Clear and effective communications skills, both oral and written
• Able to work individually or in a team setting

Flexibility to travel locally as needed with occasional overnight travel
