Обязанности

  • This role involves real-time issue resolution, log analysis, and collaboration with support and engineering teams to ensure smooth application operations
  • Morning Shift: 7 am - 4 pm UAE Time
  • Afternoon Shift: 12 pm - 9 pm UAE Time
  • Provide L2 application support, investigating and resolving incidents efficiently
  • Debug issues across application, API, infrastructure, and network layers in hybrid environments
  • Analyze logs and monitor system health using Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics, Dyntrace and SEQ
  • Hands-on with Azure Functions, Azure API Management, AKS or Container Apps, API Gateway, Web Apps, and WAF
  • Assist in troubleshooting web applications, REST APIs, and WebSocket technologies
  • Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, mTLS, SSL or TLS, Azure RBAC
  • Familiarity with protocols and data formats, including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
  • Support mobile applications on iOS and Android (basic troubleshooting, installation, permissions)
  • Write SQL and MongoDB queries to extract and analyze data
  • Work with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem Management, Change Enablement)
  • Engage with customers via calls and chats for real-time issue resolution
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and tracking

Document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and contribute to the knowledge base

Требования

  • The candidate should have experience in application and infrastructure support, with strong troubleshooting skills and expertise in Azure Monitor (KQL), Dynatrace, and SEQ
  • 2+ years of experience as an L2 Application Support Engineer or similar role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Azure Cloud Technologies
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, KQL queries, SQL, and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of Web Application Architecture and APIs
  • Familiarity with ITSM practices and ticketing tools like ServiceNow
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with scripting or automation for support tasks
  • Exposure to cloud monitoring tools and DevOps practices

Certifications, including GCP, Azure and AWS
