• We are seeking a highly experienced Architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of solutions
• The ideal candidate must be a good communicator and coach for Capgemini and client teams
• They must have the ability to understand business goals, create architectures that achieve them and align teams and technologies and coach through completion of the project
• And they must understand the rigors of working in a regulated environment
• 12+ years of experience in architecture with a strong focus on cloud-native solutions (Azure) and enterprise applications
• Full-stack development using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, Microservices)
• Strong understanding and hands-on in development of full-stack development concepts for Web and Desktop applications using .Net technologies
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and modern integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven technical leadership and team mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Advanced practitioner of Scaled Agile Framework / Scrum methodologies

The ideal candidate will possess: an understanding of enterprise and solution architecture, deep expertise in Microsoft dependent architectures, Azure cloud best practices and design patterns, .NET technologies, good understanding of React JS, Microservice Design Patterns and associated practices

• The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900 - $168,688/year
• Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws
