  • In your capacity as an Assistant Branch Manager, you are pivotal in creating the environment for the store and motivating the team to embody our brand ethos for customers
  • Your core responsibility is to enhance sales revenue by overseeing various store operations, including customer interactions, product presentation, and staff training
  • You are accountable for aiding in the execution of the store's plan to achieve performance metrics
  • By collaborating with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, you will instruct and mentor Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to cultivate a high-performance team that provides a superior customer service experience
  • Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset
  • Recruit, hire and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
  • Own assigned area of responsibility
  • Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity
  • Perform Service Leader duties
  • Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures
  • Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape
  • Promote community involvement
  • Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience
  • Ensure all compliance standards are met
  • Pushed by analytics to generate outcomes that align with company aspirations
  • Focused on effectively guiding and motivating individuals to enhance their learning and progress through mentorship and coaching

Prepared to be flexible in working hours to fulfill the business obligations, including the possibility of working during holidays, evenings, nights, and weekends

  • A retail professional with a background in management and 1-3 years of experience in the field
  • An individual who has met the requirements for graduating from high school or a similar level of education
  • Possessing strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues in achieving objectives
  • Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment due to a strong passion for the industry
  • Competent in utilizing retail technology resources
  • Adept at traversing through the sales floor, stockroom, and office setting, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds
