  • In your capacity as an Assistant Department Manager, you are pivotal in creating the environment for the store and motivating the team to embody our brand ethos for customers

  • Secure, integrate, and elevate the efficiency of Brand Associate and Expert teams through strategic recruitment and development
  • Be in charge of the designated area of your responsibility
  • Construct and enforce action plans to maximize operational efficiencies and productivity gains
  • Carry out the necessary functions as a Service Leader
  • Guarantee the consistent application of standard operational guidelines
  • Portray the brand accurately and comprehend the competitive and retail surroundings
  • Promote community involvement
  • Take advantage of omni-channel methods to offer customers a frictionless and interconnected experience

Требования

  • A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience
  • A high school graduate or equivalent
  • A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals
  • Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts
  • Able to utilize retail technology
  • Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 pounds
