- The role is seasonal and full-time, spanning approximately six months from mid-October 2025 through mid-March 2026
- This immersive experience operates primarily in the evenings with schedules varying from four days a week to seven days during peak holiday periods, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve
- This role demands hands-on leadership to ensure smooth daily operations, optimal staff coordination, vendor management, and an exceptional guest experience
- The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager and the Production Team to oversee multiple facets of the experience
- Key operational responsibilities include managing day-to-day on-site activities, coordinating staff schedules encompassing vendors, tech teams, security, and parking personnel, all while maintaining strict budgetary controls
The manager will implement operational efficiencies such as supply stock management, laundry coordination for staff uniforms, execution of weatherization plans, and shuttle service optimization to maintain high standards despite outdoor environmental challenges
- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence are paramount to the role
- In addition to operations, the Assistant General Manager will have a critical role in team and vendor management
- This includes training staff, supervising suppliers, communicating regularly with venue leadership, and handling payroll reporting duties
- They will also organize key back-of-house areas and serve as the liaison among the venue, Company management, and event partners
- Accurate and timely reporting to management and production staff on operational issues and updates will be essential

- The Assistant General Manager will be the authoritative contact point for guests, neighbors, vendors, and venue personnel
