Attends a new employee training program that includes claim processing in various systems, policy and procedures, and company culture and its application to the Claim environment as needed Investigates origin and cause of claims by contacting the appropriate parties including insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, contractors, experts, special investigation unit, other adjusters, public personnel, etc Handles files with limited authority based on management discretion

May be required to complete other assignments, job duties, or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience
