• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (email, paid search/social, SEO, website optimization)
• Oversee digital channel planning and mentor a small team
• Lead HubSpot strategy for automation, email marketing, and campaign management
• Optimize website for user experience

Analyze performance data, deliver insights, and recommend optimizations

• 7-8+ years in digital marketing/growth strategy required
• A bachelors degree is required

Advanced HubSpot experience; familiarity with CMS (WordPress), GA4, PowerBI

• Salary range of $110K-$120K + bonus eligible
