About the Role
- We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to join our BidMachine Premium Programmatic Advertising Exchange team.
In this role, you’ll focus on the demand side of our business — building relationships with partners, optimizing inventory flow, and maximizing revenue opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) and external partners to ensure customer success and long-term growth.
- The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and fluent in AdTech dynamics — with experience in SSPs, DSPs, PMPs, Ad Exchanges, Agencies, and Brands.
- Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for key demand partners, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Support and grow existing client accounts, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Help customers optimize monetization strategies using BidMachine’s exchange and tools.
- Monitor and fine-tune QPS settings and ensure the health of integrations across partners.
- Provide strategic guidance and troubleshoot client issues to maximize performance and revenue potential.
- Develop tailored growth plans for assigned partners, aligned with KPIs such as UA, Monetization, and Product metrics.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners on best practices in programmatic advertising and mobile monetization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for client needs and improve our offerings.
- Analyze customer data, prepare reports and insights , and forecast performance trends.
