  • This position requires leaders with excellent negotiation skills, cross-departmental collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of cryptocurrency industry dynamics
  • Business Development Strategy Formulation and Execution
  • Formulate and execute the company's overall business expansion strategy, identify potential market opportunities and industry trends, and drive the application and expansion of the company's products and services across different sectors
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and identify strategically significant acquisition, investment, or partnership opportunities to support the company's long-term growth
  • Coordinate internal resources, promote and optimize cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure that business expansion goals align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Lead and drive strategic partnerships with key business partners (such as other blockchain companies, financial institutions, payment service providers, regulatory agencies, etc.)
  • Build and maintain close relationships with external partners, and drive cooperation agreements and joint marketing campaigns
  • Negotiate favorable cooperation agreements to secure more business resources and market share for the company
  • Market Expansion and Customer Acquisition
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, including international markets, industry verticals, or emerging applications (such as DeFi, NFTs, stablecoins, etc.)
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to ensure the company maintains a favorable position in a competitive market, expanding its user base and market share
  • Build connections with potential customers and partners through industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Mergers & Acquisitions and Investment Strategy
  • Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities to drive the company's market expansion
  • Work closely with the investment team to develop and execute investment strategies, ensuring the company's investment activities align with business growth goals
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination and Resource Integration
  • Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and legal departments to ensure resource coordination and support across departments during business expansion
  • Lead and drive the implementation and execution of business partnerships, ensuring smooth business operations and achieving expected business objectives
  • Industry Relations and Public Affairs
  • Represent the company within the industry, establishing and maintaining relationships with industry associations, regulatory bodies, and other key influencers in the cryptocurrency space
  • Actively participate in industry events, forums, and roundtables to enhance the company's brand awareness and influence within the industry
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Tracking industry trends and analyzing competitors' strategic initiatives to provide data support for developing a differentiated business development strategy
  • Provide key insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs through industry research and market analysis
  • Team Building and Management
  • Lead and manage the business development team, guiding team members in market expansion, partnership negotiations, and customer relationship management
  • Develop team members' business development capabilities and negotiation skills to drive the achievement of team goals
  • Performance Evaluation and Reporting
  • Regularly evaluate and report on business development progress, develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that business development activities effectively drive the achievement of company goals

Assess risks in the business development process and provide effective risk management recommendations

  • In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, its market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent negotiation skills, capable of effective communication and negotiation with senior management and external partners
  • Strong strategic thinking ability, capable of developing and executing multi-dimensional business development plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining key business partnerships
  • Strong cross-departmental coordination and project management skills, capable of mobilizing and integrating internal and external resources
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the cryptocurrency market (e.g., DeFi, NFTs, stablecoins)
  • International market experience, especially business development experience in different regions such as Europe, Asia, and the Americas

Familiarity with blockchain technology and related industry business models

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, finance, marketing, law, or a related field

Work Experience: 10+ years of business development experience, with at least 5 years of senior management experience, particularly with successful business development experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, blockchain, or other high-tech industries Familiar with investment, M&A, market research, and related fields, with experience in successfully driving M&A and investment transactions
