• Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing and diverse team of account executives within the Federal Civilian market
• Lead and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the sales territory, leveraging domain expertise to drive growth and adoption
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
• Deliver accurate and timely sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management
• Consistently exceed sales targets and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results

Leverage domain expertise to identify and address unique challenges within the Federal Civilian landscape, tailoring solutions for maximum impact

• 15+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams within the Federal Civilian market
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust

• This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $340,000 - $446,250
• The estimated base salary for this role is $170,000 - $223,125
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s equity plan
• The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location
