• As one of the engineers, you'll play a key role in scaling our backend systems and take direct ownership of high-impact product and engineering goals

• Scale our data ingestion platform to handle millions of blockchain and exchange transactions efficiently
• Leverage AI technologies to automate our integration workflows
• Build and maintain high-quality blockchain and exchange integrations, ensuring performance, correctness, and long-term maintainability
• Go deep into DeFi protocols to support complex transaction classification

Multiple daily automated deployments to production

• Impact: Demonstrated ability to drive business impact
• Communication: Able to clearly talk about the details and also zoom out to the bigger picture
• 5+ years of professional (non-internship) experience as a backend engineer, preferably in the data engineering or crypto/finance domain

Experience designing, scaling, and maintaining production systems, ideally within high-growth or early-stage environments or drawn to high growth stage startups

• Strong fundamentals with a cloud platform like GCP or AWS

Able to work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT / 12 - 3pm EST

• Deep knowledge of backend technologies, including databases, orchestrators, messaging systems, data pipelines, and more

Write high-quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design

• Automated testing with >85% code coverage
• The starting salary for this position is between $175,000 - $210,000 USD
• Candidate's location does not impact the posted salary range
• The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience
