Your role• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.• Focus on digital ordering growth, mobile solutions, and customer experience.• Manage large-scale initiatives from inception to closure.• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets (multi-million Capex/Opex).• Ensure successful implementation of digital projects.• Work closely with executives and IT teams

Experience Requirements• 15+ years in digital architecture, preferably in QSR.• Proven track record in mobile solution design and implementation.• Experience with global delivery models for large-scale engagements.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
