• Billing Specialist will primarily support billing
• Billing Specialist will be trained on how our client bills for their industry
• This role may eventually be doing billing for products
• Billing Specialist Role Volume – around 15 invoices/month – each bill is highly detailed and customized depending on the customer includes taxes, disclaimers, deliver fees, etc
• Billing Specialist will fill in Excel spreadsheet with transaction date and description and then sum it up

Billing Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested

• 3-5+ years of billing experience would be ideal
• Solid Excel skills: Sum, equals, VLOOKUP’s, etc
• Will put together a schedule, no advanced formulas are necessary
• Quick learner – able to quickly learn nuances of our client’s billing process
• Detail oriented
• Team player who is able to collaborate well with others internally and externally
• Good communication skills
• Hard working
• Go getter
• Able to work independently
