• This role begins as part-time with a clearly defined pathway into a full-time coaching position as the academy expands into a dedicated facility
• Teach beginner and fundamentals-based BJJ classes
• Assist with kids and homeschool PE programs
• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming training environment
• Support curriculum consistency and class structure
• Serve as a positive role model for students and families
• Communicate professionally with academy leadership

Help build a strong, values-driven academy culture

• BJJ Purple Belt or higher (or equivalent experience)
• Comfortable working with beginners and children
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Alignment with a long-term academy-building mindset
• Competition experience is welcome but not required

• Paid per class: $25–$40 per class, based on experience and role
• Full-time coaching role projected at $35,000–$45,000/year, tied to enrollment growth and facility opening
