• Schedule: Afternoons, evenings, and seasonal summer hours
• Teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for beginners through advanced students
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans including techniques, drilling, sparring, and conditioning
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a safe training environment and enforce mat rules and behavior standards
• Assist with after-school programming, including supervised activities and structured movement
• Support summer camp activities, including martial arts instruction and group engagement
• Help with tournaments, workshops, special events, and camps
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe training areas

Foster a positive, inclusive culture focused on respect, discipline, and teamwork

• Previous experience teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or related martial arts (Judo, Wrestling, etc.)
• Experience working with children or teens in after-school programs, camps, childcare, or youth sports
• Strong classroom and behavior management skills

Ability to communicate clearly and motivate students of all skill levels

• Compensation: Discussed in person based on experience, rank, and responsibilities
