• The ideal candidate will have a clear grasp of end-to-end workflows from booking through processing, validation, and ticketing, to sales order and invoice creation, payments (credit card/cash/billback), reconciliation, and reporting
• This role requires exceptional communication skills to bridge travel operations and financial workflows, ensuring project success across diverse stakeholders
• Analyze travel industry trends and requirements to inform business and financial strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business requirements for travel operations and accounting processes (invoice approval workflows, supplier reconciliation, payment cycles)
• Develop detailed process maps and workflows to optimize travel management and accounting operations
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment among business, finance, and technical teams
• Monitor project progress and provide updates on timelines, scope, and deliverables

Support user acceptance testing by defining test cases for travel and accounting scenarios

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the travel or TMC domain
• Strong understanding of travel booking flows (air, hotel, car reservations)
• Hands-on experience with GDS platforms (Sabre Red, Sabre APIs, Amadeus, Travelport)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting lifecycle concepts (invoicing, payments, reconciliation, AR/AP)
• Ability to translate complex travel and accounting processes into actionable requirements
• Experience in Agile environments
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient English (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of NDC and evolving GDS strategies
• Familiarity with mid-office/back-office travel processes and financial reconciliation systems
• Experience with invoice automation tools (e.g., Compleat)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics

Understanding of PNR lifecycle (creation, modification, ticketing, queuing, synchronization)
