- Develop the assigned country or region by converting leads into clients and building relationships with new and existing partners
- Actively engage trading professionals through social platforms, forums, and communities, aiming to convert them into clients or partners
- Identify and utilize the most efficient local marketing channels to promote the company and its products effectively
- Assist in the onboarding of clients, Affiliates, IBs, and Money Managers, while ensuring a seamless user experience in collaboration with customer support
- Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to create sales and marketing content, negotiate partnership terms, and monitor partner performance to meet KPIs
