• As a senior leader of the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure team, the Business Operations Manager is responsible for building and optimizing the day-to-day planning and execution of the cybersecurity & infrastructure function
• You will have an opportunity to work across the senior leadership team to build and mature operations for the function, developing a sustainable operating model and process to support delivery of our mission and goals

• Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop, monitor and analyze a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operational activities
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring business processes align with organizational goals

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7-10 years of equivalent experience
• Financial management or program management roles
• Strong business acumen with solid understanding of financial planning and analysis
• Forward-thinking with exceptional planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create collaborative relationships with colleagues and influence without direct authority

• Base Salary: $123,000 - $160,000
• Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan
