- The Deputy Security Account Manager will be the secondary lead for daily operations of multiple client sites across the city of Norfolk
- This position requires strong communication, leadership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset
- The selected candidate will share responsibility for staffing, scheduling, quality control, and client satisfaction—while maintaining non-billable overtime under 5%
- Direct oversight of a blended team (armed and unarmed) across multiple sites
- Maintain full staffing levels; proactively recruit, screen, and onboard officers
- Manage weekly schedules and resolve coverage gaps while minimizing NBOT
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with contract-specific requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and concerns
- Implement and monitor officer performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure training standards are met and all officers remain qualified and credentialed
- Utilize company platforms for timekeeping, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and operational disruptions
Full-Time, primarily Monday–Friday with on-call as needed
