• Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis: Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to the entire supply chain, including Planning, Manufacturing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics
• Solution Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements into a functional design document
• Architect and help lead/configure the Company SCM Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed
• Advisory & Strategy: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class supply chain processes and how to optimize their use of the Company Cloud platform
• Implementation Leadership: Guide the functional and technical SCM teams in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies
• Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
• Sales & Presales Support: Assist in presales activities, including the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations for prospective clients
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants, helping them grow their expertise in Company SCM

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience with Company applications, with at least 5 years focused on implementing and configuring Company Fusion Cloud SCM
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core SCM processes and modules, including:
• Inventory Management

• Logistics (Shipping and Transportation Management) related to Planning/Manufacturing
• Cost Management

• US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum
