- This role supports the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM) supply chain operations
- While managing a team, you will be responsible for Finished Goods and/or S&A (spares and accessories) inventory
- Main priorities include strategically leading the Supply Planning function, ensuring optimal inventory levels, driving continuous improvement, and effectively partnering with internal and external teams to meet customer needs
- Ensure sufficient inventory levels across warehouse network to support promotional and baseline sales
- Identify and manage communication of supply constraints to cross-functional partners, and develop mitigation plans including inputs to allocation process
- Drive excess inventory reduction initiatives to support inventory and working capital targets
- Manage the monthly demand planning cycle for spare parts and accessories
- Maintain oversight of the statistical forecast output, and review adjusted demand based on data and market trends
- Liaise between Company Supply Chain headquarters, local sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Ensure demand for refurbishment operations is properly captured to support the production line
- Oversee the monthly supply planning review process
- Drive customer service improvements by minimizing out of stocks
- Take initiative to resolve issues by developing and executing solutions
- Publish dashboards of KPI’s to senior leadership
- Communicate clear priorities and required results
- Provide consistent support and regular feedback
