The UX/IxD responsibilities include distilling complex sets of needs and requirements from Users, Study Findings, Marketing Research, and R&D Engineering into clear problem statements, translating them into design artifacts such as personas, wireframes, journey maps and user flows, and developing iterative prototypes for presentation and frequent usability testing

-4 year or more degree in design or related- 1-3 years experience -skilled in UI/IA and UX Design patterns and practises -inperson and virtual user testing -digital and device design -competitive analysis -understand and educate on design languages and trends in partnership with external suppliers and vendors no H1B’s or student visas at this time*

-visual design skills (including layout, grid systems, typography, iconography, and color) for digital experiences
