  • Lead and scale a team of 6-7 elite enterprise reps covering the Northeast
  • Drive 6-7 figure new logo acquisitions and strategic expansions
  • Build repeatable playbooks for C-suite engagement and enterprise-wide AI adoption
  • Own the Northeast as we become the category-defining AI operations platform
  • Pipeline Architecture: You build predictable revenue engines through disciplined prospecting and strategic account mappin
  • Connects to every major LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
  • Deploys AI across any department without custom development
  • Breaks down silos between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR
  • Build and enable your team to consistently hit 120%+ of quota
  • Land 3-5 lighthouse enterprise accounts that become category references

Establish repeatable playbooks for C-suite engagement and value realization

Требования

  • Business Discovery Mastery: You don't chase use cases—you uncover C-suite priorities and translate them into funded, enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Top-Down Selling: You start with the CEO/CFO vision, not the IT department's feature wishlist
  • Year 2+:

This role requires residence in the Northeast territory (NY, NJ, CT, MA) with preference for NYC or Boston metro areas

  • Base Salary: $180,000 - $210,000
  • Total OTE: $400,000 - $430,000 (uncapped)
