• As a Assembly & Test Technician at PDS Tech Commercial, you'll be responsible for assembling and testing various components and systems, ensuring the functionality and quality of our products

• Assemble systems and components according to technical specifications
• Inspect and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve issues
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Keep accurate records of assembly and delivery defects

Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, product quality, and efficiency

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

• The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:

• A competitive pay rate of $22.50 per hour
• Bonus opportunities up to $3,000
• 2nd shift position 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday
