Must have restaurant background or experience in a full-service hotel with a restaurant.
Must have no allergies to nuts or seafood, as these ingredients are commonly used in our kitchen.
Preferred candidates will hold a culinary certification or formal training.
Must be a reliable, team-oriented individual with attention to detail.
A food preparation test will be required before hiring.
Meet governmental health requirements.
Ability to operate kitchen power equipment.
Ability to utilize cutting instruments.
Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 40 lbs. (NOTE: kitchen equipment and food and non-food items).
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.
