• You’ll serve as the senior-most technical leader across a high-profile venture capital firm that incubates and scales category-defining companies
• You’ll influence technology strategy at portfolio scale, architect shared systems, drive AI automation across operating companies, and help launch new ventures from the ground up
• Define a unified technology strategy across the incubator
• Architect shared systems, data platforms, and internal tools used across operating companies
• Drive development of AI agents, automation workflows, and vertical AI tools

Build and lead a cross-functional team across engineering, AI/ML, data, and product

• Partner with founders on product, architecture, and early technical hiring
• Must have graduated from a top 30 US instituition
• 7+ years as CTO, VP Engineering, Founding Engineer, or similar at a high-growth tech company (VC backed)
• Has taken a startup from 0 to Series B
• Proven track record shipping real products and building AI-powered systems
• Experience in venture studios, incubators, or early-stage startup environments
• Strong foundation in software architecture, distributed systems, and data platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLM ecosystems, and agentic/automation workflows
• Deep networks in top-tier engineering and AI/ML talent pools
• Strong leadership ability — able to recruit, scale, and mentor elite technical teams
