• Independently and collaboratively contribute to multidisciplinary project teams
• Manage and execute public and private sector contracts
• Collaborate directly with licensed engineering professionals
• Oversee and manage contracts for public infrastructure including roadways, athletic and recreational facilities, water and sewer pipelines, etc
• Oversee construction administration efforts
• Manage team of engineers, designers, and construction observers on project specific basis
• Develop technical engineering designs, construction documentation, and permit applications for State and County agencies

Prepare grant applications on behalf of municipal clients

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Minimum of 7 plus years required including 2 years recent Project Management experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience in technical design, bid documentation (plans and specifications), cost estimation, and regulatory permitting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting

• Salary range: $100k – 135k
