YOUR IMPACT As a Data Operations Engineer, you will design, develop, optimize, and maintain data architecture and pipelines, partner with solution architects, transform raw data into compelling data models, and build processes supporting data modeling, ingestion, transformation, and qualitative analysis. Additionally, you will lead the evaluation, implementation, and deployment of tools and processes to improve our operations, ensuring compliance with data governance and security policies. Your work will help expand and optimize our data and data pipeline architecture, ensuring optimal data delivery and consistency during engagements. You will be based in the USA as part of our Secure Foundation Cloud Services team, which manages McKinsey's global IT infrastructure and applications, providing “Data Operation and Engineering” services for McKinsey’s business operations. The team is distributed globally across three time zones (India, USA, Costa Rica).
