Lyra Health is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic GTM Enablement team, with a strong focus on content creation, program design, and live facilitation.

This is a hands-on GTM Enablement position where you will be directly responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs that empower our Sales and Customer Success teams to drive exceptional value for our prospects and customers. In this role, you will be the bridge between GTM strategy and field execution.

You will design engaging learning journeys and facilitate live sessions that empower our teams to communicate Lyra’s value. You are someone who loves the craft of enablement, building the story, coaching the rep, and using cutting-edge AI to make those experiences more personalized and effective.
