About the Team The Intelligence Tooling & Enablement is a new internal-facing platform team dedicated to introducing and enabling various AI based solutions to the entire engineering organization.

This Team will be focused on defining a vision and modernize software development process by creating services, adjusting processes, documentation, or whatever else is helpful in order to transform Outreach Engineering into an AI first organization. This wide and intentionally vague charter encompasses a slew of evolving topics.

We try to proactively get ahead and build the tooling, systems, and training needed for all our engineering teams to adopt a new era of software development and set them up for success by improving development workflow.
