Senior Workforce Controller / HR Controller (m/f/d)

At AutoScout24, we are building a best-in-class global Finance organization—and personnel cost controlling (HR Controlling / Workforce Controlling) is at its core. As our Senior Workforce Controller , you will own and optimize global FTE planning, headcount controlling, and personnel cost forecasting , managing the largest cost line in our P&L.

This is a newly created, high-impact Finance role where you will design and scale workforce controlling processes across multiple countries , partnering with Finance Business Partners, FP&A, and People Operations (HR) .
