About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale Baselayer’s core product experiences, including our customer-facing console and website. You will work across frontend and backend systems to deliver reliable, high-performance functionality in a regulated environment, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and clean execution.

This is a hands-on role for an engineer who takes ownership, moves quickly, and cares deeply about building durable systems and high-quality user experiences.

What You’ll Do Build and maintain the Baselayer website and customer console, including the underlying architecture and core user workflows Design and implement backend services and APIs that support high-volume identity and KYB workloads Improve platform foundations to support future product expansion and advanced data and ML-driven capabilities Ensure systems meet strong security, privacy, and compliance standards appropriate for KYC and KYB environments Optimize system performance and reliability across services, data access, and user-facing workflows Write tests, debug issues, and monitor services to maintain quality, uptime, and predictable behavior as the platform scales Partner with Product and Design to ship features that are thoughtful, polished, and maintainable About You You want to learn fast, take ownership, and do work that matters.
