BuildOps seeks a Head of Enablement to lead the enablement strategy and BuildOps Academy for a high-growth SaaS platform. This role requires 5+ years in enablement/L&D with leadership experience, and offers a base salary of $185k-$231k plus equity and hybrid work in LA, SF, Raleigh, or Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the multi-year enablement vision and strategic roadmap
  • Define and execute the BuildOps Academy strategy to reduce implementation time to value
  • Lead and develop a team of functional enablement managers and analysts
  • Own and maintain LMS (Docebo) as source of truth for enablement content
  • Establish and track enablement KPIs and prepare executive-ready communications

As the Head of Enablement, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution.

You’ll define how we equip Revenue, Marketing, BD, Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and our AI Center of Excellence (CoE) with the tools, training materials, and strategic partnership to deliver mutually agreed-upon exceptional outcomes.

You’ll also own the BuildOps Academy as a strategic lever to reduce implementation time-to-value, facilitate customer product adoption, and enhance internal enablement efforts. You’ll centralize and lead all internal enablement resources and report to our Chief of Staff.
