Crunchyroll seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst for a 6-month contract to support North America benefits administration. Requires 2+ years experience in benefits or HR operations, with focus on US programs and exposure to Canada/Mexico. Hybrid role in LA or SF.
Responsibilities
- Support daily administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs across US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Serve as point of contact for employee benefits inquiries across North America.
- Administer leave of absence programs including FMLA, PFML, Canadian statutory leaves, and Mexican statutory leaves.
- Support annual open enrollment process including system configuration, data validation, and employee communications.
- Maintain accurate benefits data across Workday and vendor systems; perform audits and reconciliations.

About the role In the role of Senior Benefits Analyst, you will report to the Manager, Global Benefits. This is slated as a six month contract. We are considering applicants for the location(s): LA, SF. The Benefits Analyst supports the administration and day-to-day operations of Crunchyroll's North America benefits programs, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
This role is hands-on, focused on accurate benefits processing, compliance support, data integrity, and employee support, while contributing to continuous improvement of benefits operations. Core Areas of Responsibility Support the daily administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring accurate processing.
Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries across North America, resolving routine and moderately complex issues and escalating as appropriate. , Canadian, and Mexican programs.
