HR/People Operations Specialist - French Speaker (m/f/d)

As a People Operations Manager (m/f/d) , you will make an impact by being the main HR point of contact for our employee in France & Benelux regions .

While being part of People Europe West Team of 6, and working within a fast-paced, international environment, you will ensure operational excellence across payroll, HR administration, and compliance, while actively contributing to global HR projects. Please apply with CV in English!

g mobile phones, telecom subscriptions) About You: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations roles Strong knowledge of outsourced payroll, contract management, and HR administration Solid command of French labor law; knowledge of the Syntec Collective Agreement is a plus Fluent French & English (must have) Autonomous, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment Knowledge of Workday and Staff & Go is a plus We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
