Flix seeks a Recruiter (m/f/d) based in Ukraine to join its Global Business Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring across Europe for corporate roles. This mid-level role offers remote work, travel perks, and strong growth opportunities in a tech-driven, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for business and corporate roles across Europe
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing and assessment strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, sharing market insights and recruitment best practices
- Proactively source and engage relevant talent pools using diverse channels and approaches
- Conduct interviews autonomously, ensuring a consistent, structured, and high-quality selection process
