Senior Product Designer
Future is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own key product experiences on a digital personal training platform. This role blends consumer product craft with AI-driven systems, offering a base salary of $155,000–$200,000, meaningful equity, and a remote-first culture.
Responsibilities
- Design core product experiences across onboarding, training, coaching, and long-term engagement
- Translate product strategy and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Ensure a cohesive, intuitive, and motivating end-to-end user experience
- Develop scalable design patterns and frameworks that support product growth
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery through launch

This role will define how people interact with their health—designing the systems, workflows, and product interfaces that power the Future platform. This is a true ownership role. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering to define the experience, not just execute it.
