GetYourGuide is seeking a Head of Sales Operations to lead a high-performing team focused on sales tech stack, AI-powered solutions, and sales enablement. This hybrid role based in Berlin requires 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations and 3+ years of people leadership, offering a personal growth budget and flexible work arrangements.

Team mission We are looking for a Head of Sales Operations to build and lead a high‑performing team focused on: Our sales tech stack AI-powered solutions for sales Sales training and enablement You will combine people leadership with hands-on ownership, working closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, Data, and Product to turn strategy into scalable impact.

Your mission Lead and develop a high-performing Strategy Operations team: Lead and develop a high-impact team of Sales Operations, Enablement, and Tooling experts. Set and clearly communicate team priorities that are grounded in business strategy and informed by sales team feedback.

Drive roadmap prioritization and execution: Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to sequence initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and priorities. Oversee rollouts and change management for new tools and enhancements, ensuring effective adoption and compliance, not just delivery.

Champion sales enablement & change management: Take our onboarding and ongoing enablement programs to the next level, driving consistency and effectiveness. Develop strategies for embedding new ways of working, from process to culture, across the sales team.

Own the intersection of tools, training, and adoption: Ensure our sales tech stack (Salesforce, enablement platforms, analytics tools) is fully leveraged and effective. Partner with Product & Data teams to implement impactful AI-powered solutions across the sales funnel. Measure, communicate, and optimize tool usage, training engagement, and adoption metrics.

Challenge and influence stakeholders: Model a holistic commercial mindset, balancing scalability, long-term adoption, and business priorities. Constructively challenge existing approaches and drive alignment on the most impactful path forward. Your toolkit 6+ years in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / Commercial Operations in a high-growth B2B or marketplace environment.

3+ years of direct people leadership experience. g. Salesforce/HubSpot, engagement tools, BI).

Experience designing and rolling out sales processes and training/enablement programs. g. scoring, recommendations, conversational intelligence, GenAI tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data and business cases. Able to write clear requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution; high ownership and bias to action Extras that give you an edge Experience in a marketplace, travel, or other two-sided business.

Experience building internal tools with Product / Engineering. Familiarity with enablement platforms or LMS. Practical experience deploying or operationalizing GenAI in sales workflows.
