Junior Supply Chain Coordinator
HelloFresh seeks a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure smooth production operations by managing inventory, supplier communication, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers a competitive salary, strong pension, travel reimbursement, and a €700 annual learning budget.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and align with demand to ensure production is supplied on time and in full
- Act as main point of contact for suppliers, resolving delivery issues and managing communication
- Identify and resolve operational deviations (e.g. OTIF issues) to minimize impact on customers and production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehouse, production, product, FSQA) to ensure alignment
- Track and report on supplier performance, using data to drive continuous improvement

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative team working closely with procurement, production, warehouse, and quality teams to keep operations running seamlessly.
You will be at the heart of daily operations, solving challenges as they arise while also contributing to longer-term improvements. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction by minimizing disruptions, reducing waste, and ensuring every HelloFresh box meets our quality standards.
