Warehouse Manager (f/m/x)

About the role: What's in the Box Our warehouses are the beating heart of HelloFresh, and ‘ De Kas ’ in Bleiswijk is our flagship fulfilment site in the Netherlands. As a Warehouse Manager, you own the pre-production operation end-to-end: inbound, internal flow, reverse logistics, and everything in between.

You'll lead a team of roughly 100 FTE across three departments, setting the pace and the standard for how we move product safely, efficiently, and at scale. This is a high-visibility role with real decision-making authority. You'll have a direct line to the Site Lead and a seat at the table when it matters most.

What you’ll do: The Recipe Lead the daily warehouse operation across inbound, internal logistics, and reverse logistics: keeping throughput smooth, stock accurate, and the yard running like clockwork Drive performance through KPIs , with minutes-per-box as your north star, and translate operational data into fast, grounded decisions that your team can act on Coach, challenge and develop a team of team leads and ~100 warehouse staff, building a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement Own safety compliance across the site: you make sure no corners are cut, no procedures bypassed, and that every team member goes home safe Govern WMS processes and champion clean, reliable data as the foundation of every operational decision Deliver sharp weekly reporting to Site Leadership on efficiency, volume and headcount deployment — and partner with international operations teams to align on best practices Step up on strategic projects : site transitions, WMS rollouts, operational redesigns — you're in the room when it matters and ready to lead when called upon What you’ll bring: The Ingredients Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations at scale — you've been accountable for real volume and know what it takes to keep a high-throughput site running ⭐ Strong people leadership: you build teams, not just headcounts, and you're comfortable setting high standards and having honest conversations ⭐ Hands-on familiarity with a Warehouse Management System — you know how to get the most out of it and where its blind spots are An analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns quickly and move from insight to action without losing momentum Fluency in both Dutch and English , with the communication skills to lead diverse teams and collaborate across international stakeholders A background in e-commerce, food or FMCG is a genuine advantage — fast-moving environments are where you do your best work Above all , we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better.
