Position Summary The Production Manager is an operations leadership role within the Supply Chain Operations organization, based in Monroe, CT. The role leads end-to-end production operations and aligns capacity, inventory health, and execution with demand forecasts and business priorities.
This position plans, coordinates, and oversees day-to-day production activities while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. The Production Manager is a member of the Supply Chain leadership team and reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the Production team to ensure consistent execution of operations, safety standards, and performance expectations Provide leadership updates on production performance, capacity, risks, and improvement initiatives Partner with Supply Chain Operations leadership to align production schedules, demand forecasts, and inventory targets Track productivity and labor performance by monitoring quotas, maintaining workforce statistics, and updating performance dashboards Improve workflow efficiency by monitoring end-to-end production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvements Lead cross-functional efforts to improve throughput and scalability by assessing production workflows at a systems level Manage and support internal systems and tools used in production operations Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols, equipment controls, and regulatory requirements Resolve personnel and operational issues through analysis, investigation, and implementation of effective corrective actions Use systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, and ADP to generate reports, analyze data, and recommend process improvements Review and approve employee timecards in accordance with company policies Promote collaboration and clear communication across departments to achieve operational and organizational goals Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in production or operations management, including oversight of assembly and quality control teams Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and manage employees Experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, or similar systems Technical proficiency in hardware diagnostics, system imaging, and device configuration Working knowledge of Bash scripting and/or Windows batch scripting Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Additional information Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
