About the Role This isn’t a traditional sales leadership role. At Lightricks, you’ll lead a team selling at the forefront of AI, specifically video generation, one of the fastest-moving categories in tech. Our LTX-2 model powers a growing ecosystem through open-source innovation, enterprise licensing, and API integrations. We’ve been building in AI/ML for over a decade.

You may know us as the creators of Facetune, used by hundreds of millions globally. Now, we’re scaling our next chapter: bringing cutting-edge AI video solutions to enterprise customers, studios, and creative organizations. This role is about building and leading a high-performing team in a space that’s still being defined.

You won’t just manage, you’ll shape how we sell, who we sell to, and how we win.
