S. hubs, including Austin, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles/Orange County, New York, San Diego, San Francisco/Bay Area, and Seattle.

</strong></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As an AP &amp; Employee Expense Specialist, you'll be the primary owner of Mixpanel's accounts payable and employee expense programs, operating across Zip (AP) and Navan (T&amp;E).

com, #ap-help, and #travel-and-expense-at-mixpanel channels; respond within 48 hours</li> </ul> <p><strong>We're Looking for Someone Who Has</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp; 3+ years of experience in AP, expense management, or a related finance operations role</li> <li>&nbsp; Working knowledge of domestic and international payment methods, currency structures, and common processing errors</li> <li>&nbsp; Experience with procure-to-pay and T&amp;E platforms (Zip &amp; Navan; NetSuite a strong plus)</li> <li>&nbsp; Strong analytical skills and proactive communication style — you bring issues with context and a recommendation</li> <li>&nbsp; Ability to manage a consistent weekly cadence independently and follow through without reminders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp; Familiarity with GL coding, accruals, or month-end close processes</li> <li>&nbsp; Experience in a high-growth or SOX-adjacent environment</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p><span data-sheets-value="{"1":2,"2":"The total target compensation (TTC) for this full-time position is $174,600 - $213,400 across the United States.

This amount includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. This position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage.

\n\nOur salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations.

To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors.
