Engagement Manager
MongoDB seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to drive Professional Services sales in Seoul. This hybrid role involves scoping, negotiating, and closing services opportunities, leveraging sales and technical expertise to accelerate MongoDB adoption.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers' portfolio and business priorities to design digital transformation approaches involving MongoDB technologies
- Translate customer use-cases into scoped projects and statements of work
- Partner with sales organization to develop account strategies for MongoDB adoption
- Manage Professional Services pipeline for bookings and revenue forecasts
- Work with practice team to develop repeatable assets like estimates, proposals, and SOWs

About the role MongoDB Engagement Managers are quota-carrying Professional Services Sales roles. Engagement managers utilize customer-facing sales, technical, consulting, and commercial experience to scope, negotiate and close Professional Services opportunities to accelerate and de-risk the adoption of MongoDB by our customers.
As an Engagement Manager, you will be a key leader within the PS team and work cross-functionally with the Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success organizations to drive professional services sales. g. g. g.
