International Tax Director
MongoDB seeks an International Tax Director to lead global tax compliance, transfer pricing, and planning in a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. Requires 10+ years of corporate tax experience with deep expertise in international tax regimes like BEAT, GILTI, and OECD Pillar Two, offering equity and generous parental leave.

- Support IP and tax structure planning to maximize tax efficiency
- Direct global tax compliance and international quarterly/year-end accounting for income taxes (ASC 740)
- Execute the Company's global transfer pricing strategy and policy
- Manage international tax audits and direct post-acquisition integrations
- Work closely with Treasury in managing cash globally
About the role
The International Tax Director will execute all aspects of international tax including compliance, transfer pricing, and planning. The International Tax Director will manage a team of tax professionals, collaborate with external advisors, and work closely with finance, legal, and business units to support global tax initiatives.
