Responsibilities

  • Manage U.S. international tax compliance including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865 and foreign tax credit calculations
  • Provide technical expertise in U.S. international tax strategies such as GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, BEAT
  • Support preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provisions focusing on ASC 740 international components
  • Conduct research on U.S. international tax laws, treaty benefits, and legislative changes like OECD BEPS
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on tax-efficient strategies for cross-border transactions and expansions

About the role

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive the delivery of effective tax strategies and maintain compliance within an ever-evolving international tax landscape.
